GENERAL
By ordering from me, the Client accepts my Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before commissioning!I reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside my comfort zone or violates my policies.You can cancel your commission freely if you have not paid yet.
I DRAW / I DON'T DRAW
I Draw: Human/humanoid OCs, portraits, fantasy creatures, pin-ups, chibis, fanart, characters with armor, NSFW, and furry art, gore, extreme fetishes,I Don't Draw: NSFW art of famous people, NSFW of real people without their consent. Extreme gore, child pornography, or illegal content.
REVISIONS
Illustrations: Up to 2 free revisions during the sketch phase.Animations: Up to 2 free revisions during pre-production, key scenes, and preliminary animation.Major structural changes after approval will incur extra charges. Mistakes made by me are free of charge.
USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Personal Use: For personal enjoyment, social media, and wallpapers (with proper credit).Commercial Use: Requires an additional fee / commercial license (please inquire beforehand).Copyright & AI: I retain the copyright to the work and may post it in my portfolio. The client may not resell the artwork, claim authorship, or use it to train artificial intelligence (AI) models.
REFUNDS
Once the work has started (after the initial sketch or pre-production phase is delivered), no full refunds will be issued.
